2024 Wendling Vineyard Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley

Black cherry, wild red fruit, earthy spice with rich tannins and a long finish. Locally known as the “Deep End”, Wendling Vineyard is perched on a hillside of evergreens only nine miles from the Pacific Ocean. Bearwallow-Wolfey Complex soils (ideal for cool climate farming) are red and well-drained, with shallow sandy loam, sandstones, and shales. Farmed using organic and biodynamic methods.
