Lemon peel, mint, slate and oyster shell are on display in this dazzlingly brisk Chardonnay from the Van Duzer Corridor. Complex and deep when given ample time in the glass. Pearlstad Vineyard is located in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hills area of Willamette Valley and the marine sedimentary soil provides wines of intensity, minerality, structure, and depth. Aged for 11 months in 1/3 concrete egg, mostly neutral oak, and stainless steel barrels.
