This bottling comes exclusively from the Patton Valley Vineyard aka or Oregon Estate, farmed biodynamically and home to some of the more picturesque views in Gaston...bright, bursting fruits make this summer water worth savoring.
From "Block 1A" - you may call this the best block for rose given that the 667 clone of Pinot Noir is slowest to ripen and hangs onto acidity for a long period of time. The grapes were harvested in mid September '25, tread by foot, left on skins 2 hours then pressed and aged in a combination of 40% concrete egg and 60% oak Foudre, making for a wine with ripping acidity and a playful texture.
Drink - when it hits 75 and sunny!! This is a wine for immediate enjoyment (though it can age, it doesn't need to!)
Summer fair! Watermelon & thai shrimp salad, heirloom tomatoes & buratta, summer squash pasta or ceviche would be chef's kiss
