A new one for us! Inspired by the Burgundian blend, our 2025 "Passetoutgrains" is indeed a field blend reminiscent of the Gamay / Pinot from the old world. For the first time ever, enjoy a wine made primarily from PInot Noir, with a healthy dose of Gamay and a smattering of white grapes thrown in for fun. Elegant, fruity, and refreshing, this wine comes off of our biodynamically farmed Patton Valley Vineyard, sits pretty at 13% abv, and received about 11 months of aging in neutral puncheons before being bottled unfined and unfiltered
